Why Ozmist exists
Every one of our product lines was born from a customer problem no one else in the Indian market was solving well: pesticide residue on retail produce, monsoon humidity ruining pharma warehouses, chlorine corrosion in hospital hot-water loops, chamber vendors who didn’t understand ICH audit trails, and LT-feeder voltage swings destroying CNC controllers.
We manufacture in India because the loop between customer requirement and finished equipment needs to be short. Owning fabrication, engineering, and testing lets us respond to real applications instead of forcing customers to fit into a foreign OEM’s catalog.

Application engineering

- How long does it take to get a quote after submitting the form?
- Our sales engineering team responds within 24 business hours for standard products, and within 48 hours for custom or engineered systems. Complex projects with multi-line specifications may need a short kickoff call before we can quote accurately.
- Do you sell to individuals or only to businesses?
- Ozmist Food is a B2B manufacturer. Our product lines are sized and priced for commercial, industrial, medical, laboratory, and institutional customers. For residential-scale silver ionization or dehumidification, we can direct you to authorised distributors.
- Can I visit the factory?
- Yes — we welcome customer visits by prior appointment. The facility is a 45-minute drive from Delhi airport via the Yamuna Expressway. Contact the sales team to schedule a technical visit including engineering discussion and factory tour.
- What are your payment terms?
- Standard commercial terms are 30% advance with PO, 60% against pre-dispatch inspection, and 10% after commissioning. Terms adjust for repeat customers, government tenders, and milestone-based engineered projects.
- Do you handle installation and commissioning?
- Yes — installation, commissioning, and operator training are available on all product lines, either directly by our field engineers in the eight cities above, or through certified installation partners elsewhere in India.
- Do you offer AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)?
- Yes. AMCs are available at 4–6% of CAPEX per year and include preventive maintenance visits, priority response, calibration recertification, and consumable replacement (electrodes, filters, DI water where applicable).
