The Ozmist Food Conveyor Fruit & Vegetable Washer is engineered for continuous inline operation in mid- and large-scale food processing plants: frozen vegetable IQF lines, ready-meal factories, salad processors, and export-quality pack-houses. Produce enters via a variable-speed belt conveyor into a stainless bubble-wash tank, moves through a spray rinse tunnel, and exits over a dewatering roller conveyor to the next process step. Ozone dosing (in-water) and hypochlorite dosing accessories are available. The unit is engineered to plant floor plans with variable throughput from 500 kg/hour to 3 tonne/hour, and integrates with plant SCADA and MES via Modbus TCP for line-wide batch traceability. Manufactured with AISI 304 tank sections, AISI 316 in wet zones exposed to acidic wash media, and NSF-grade seals throughout — all at Ozmist’s Greater Noida facility with in-house fabrication and QC.
