The Ozmist Food Industrial Oven is a forced-convection hot-air oven for laboratory drying, ceramic pre-heating, polymer curing, adhesive cure verification, IEC 60068-2-2 dry-heat testing, and general heat-treatment applications. Standard temperature range 40°C to 300°C with ±1.5°C stability and ±3°C spatial uniformity, verified via 9-point NABL-traceable calibration. Interior is AISI 304 stainless with adjustable perforated shelves, an over-temperature limit thermostat, and a Siemens PLC with 10†HMI supporting programmable ramp/soak profiles. Silica-wool insulation reduces exterior surface temperature to below 55°C for operator safety. Manufactured at Ozmist’s Greater Noida facility with quality control aligned to ISO 9001, with commissioning calibration certificate and IQ/OQ documentation provided at delivery.

IEC 60068-2-2 Dry-Heat Testing of Electronics

IEC 60068-2-2 dry-heat testing at 55°C, 70°C, 85°C, or 125°C for 16 or 96 hours qualifies electronic products for hot-climate operation. Failure modes include solder joint fatigue, plastic housing deformation, capacitor life shortening. Ovens with ±1.5°C stability and low spatial uniformity variation are required. Ozmist’s programmable ovens run the standard IEC 60068-2-2 profile from HMI presets and log the test cycle for QA records. Used by Indian electronics manufacturers for BIS certification and export testing.

Adhesive and Coating Cure Testing

Chemicals / coatings

Two-part epoxies, powder coatings, polyurethane laminates, and PSA adhesives require defined cure temperature and time to reach specified properties. Cure schedules from 60°C / 2 hours to 200°C / 30 minutes are common.
